Conference registration cancellation must be submitted in writing by e-mail to the conference organizers. The pre-payment is not refundable if the conference registration cancellation is submitted after June 10, 2023, and if an attendee fails to take part in the conference. The change of attendee must be communicated before June 12, 2023.
